James DiBella was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania blocks away from Independence Hall. He grew up in South Philadelphia and in the Delaware Valley. Jim received his undergraduate education at the University of Delaware in Medical Technology before attending law school at Rutgers University School of Law in New Jersey.
Always interested in litigating, Jim focused on trial advocacy and other practice areas to better represent his clients. A Benjamin Asbell award winner at Rutgers for his advocacy and over ten years of handling courtroom cases, Jim has represented clients in civil litigation, family court, traffic court and criminal courts in Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane, McHenry and Will counties in Illinois, and Jim is also a licensed attorney in Texas. Jim enjoys criminal defense most and joined Ramsell & Kunowski, LLC to focus on helping clients with DUI, criminal and traffic offenses.
Jim enjoys driving fast and spending time with his wife and his five children.
